Khenpo Dongni Rinpoche to Give Dzogchen Teachings

We're very pleased to be hosting Dongni Rinpoche, who will be giving teachings on Dzogchen and the Longchen Nyingthig this coming week at Nityananda Institute. This is Rinpoche's first visit to the United States.

Dongni Rinpoche (Khenpo Dondrup Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche) is from Gemang Monastery in Kham, the eastern region of Tibet. His main guru is Pema Wangyal, and he also studied with Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche, one of the foremost Nyingma teachers, and other great lamas such as Dondrup Rinpoche, Tenga Rinpoche and Yeshe Norbu. He has been the abbot of his monastery since he was 25 years old.

We'll have teachings by Rinpoche for five consecutive nights, starting Tuesday, March 6, and continuing through Saturday, March 10. The program will begin at 7:00 pm each night.

There is no charge, but offerings for Rinpoche are welcome.
