New Course in Meditation begins Wednesday, September 17

meditation This four week program will introduce you to the essential elements of kundalini yoga meditation as practiced at our center. You'll awaken to your creative potential, make contact with your subtle energy system, and begin to discover the dimensions of that energy. You'll receive instruction in our basic meditation technique and be guided in practice. Each week will emphasize a different aspect of meditation practice:

Week 1: Breathing with conscious awareness
Week 2: Your energetic system of chakras and channels
Week 3: Cultivating the flow of creative energy through deep relaxation
Week 4: The experience of presence and total well being.

No prior experience in meditation is necessary. The course is being offered on four consecutive Wednesdays:

  • Wednesday, September 17 through October 8, 2008
  • 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm
  • Cost: $50
